Leukocytes or White Blood Cells

Imagine looking through a microscope at a blood slide and having the rare opportunity to view every leukocyte type side by side in a single field.  Although a highly unlikely event, this manipulated image provides an opportunity to make some comparisons side by side.

Suggestions to differentiate these cell types:
1. Are cytoplasmic granules present or absent?
2. Determine the color of these granules if possible.
3. Examine nuclei of cells for shape and density.
4. Use RBC's as tiny measures for size comparisons.
