Here's what the terms mean:

atoms

the simplest form of matter

isotopes variant forms of elements which differ in the number of neutrons
redox reaction an oxidation-reduction reaction: when pairs of molecules transfer electrons.
reducing agent any molecule or atom that donate electrons
oxidizing agent any molecule or atom that receives electrons
pH

hydrogen ion concentration

organic compounds are made of carbon and hydrogen (and other) atoms. They constitute the most prominent molecules in cells.
inorganic compounds are composed of combinations of elements other than carbon and hydrogen.
carbohydrates are compounds composed of C, H and O
lipids organic compounds not soluble in water
nucleotides complex molecules containing a nitrogen base, a sugar and a phosphate.
ATP adenosine triphosphate. A nucleotide involved in the transfer and storage of energy in cells
