Scientific method: The scientific method is the experimental testing of a hypothesis formulated after the systematic, objective collection of data.
Chromosomes: Chromosomes, composed of DNA and protein, control the hereditary information for a cell except during cell division, when they are distributed.
Meiosis: Meiosis is a cell division process in which the number of chromosomes is reduced to half of that of the original source cell.
Karyotypes: The entire complement of ones chromosomes, arranged in an orderly manner, is the karyotype of that individual.
