Population Ecology Reference List. This site provides on-line data, information from lecture courses, and the names of organizations, people, and journals involved in population ecology.
Constructing Life Tables for Homo sapiens. A fun, yet provocative laboratory exercise in the construction of a life table and survivorship curve for humans using data from cemeteries. This lab can also be done using obituaries from the newspaper or the web.
Life Tables. Probably more math than you wanted to know, but this includes the equations used by population biologists.
