ATTENTION: The following settings may alleviate launching issues for Windows 7 users:

  • Go to the “Start” menu , and choose the “Control Panel”.
  • In the Control Panel under Hardware and Sound, Select the “Autoplay” option.  (You should now be able to set the autoplay option for all types of Media.)
  • The options for a CD are “install or run program”, “take no action”, “open as folder”, or “ask me every time”.  Set this to “install or run program” to automatically launch the software, or set it to “ask me every time” if you would like to be notified as the program launches.
