"Investors Return to Russia with Love, Again"

Business Week, February 25, 2002

Synopsis:
This article explains how Russia has recently attracted global investors. The improved political stability and transparency may explain why investor trust in Russia has returned after the financial collapse in 1998. Improved economic indicators including increased foreign currency reserves, reduced external debt, and vigorous consumer demand may also explain why Russia becomes a different place. This article also discusses some risks that still exist in Russia.
