Contacting Customer Service

Q. How can I reach Technical Support?
A. You can contact our technical support department by e-mail at techsup@mcgraw-hill.com or call us at 800-262-4729 (8-5 CST Monday-Friday).

Registering

Q. How do I register with the e-Learning Center?
A. Registration is fast and easy. Simply fill out an online form, enter your e-mail address and Password, and you're set. Once you've registered, you'll be able to purchase cases and software from the e-learning Center. You only need to login when visiting the e-Learning Center again.

Q. Do I have to register to place an order?
A. Yes. You can't place a case or software into your shopping cart without first registering or logging in. However, you can browse cases without registering.

Q. What do I do if I've forgotten my Password?
A. Please click on the Forgot Password? link. We'll send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address right away.

Address and Personal Information

Q. How do I enter or update registration information?
A. If you have registered with the e-Learning Center, you can go to View Profile to update your billing address.

How to Order

Q. Where can I find instructions on placing an order?
A. The e-Learning Center "How to Order Tour" provides a quick overview of how to order cases and software.

Order Information

Q. Can I view a list of my past orders online?
A. Yes. All you need to do is click on the View Orders link and you can review all completed purchases from the e-Learning Center.

Sales Taxes

Q. Will I be charged for sales tax on my purchase?
A. Sales taxes will be assessed according to state and local laws. These laws vary considerably across the United States, but we only collect sales taxes as required by law.

Credit Cards

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

After Placing an Order

Q. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
A. We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted since they are processed electronically. However, if you've left an item out of your shopping cart you can return to the e-Learning Center, login, and purchase an additional case or software product.

Q. What sort of order confirmation will I get?
A. We'll send you an order confirmation by email immediately after you have proceeded through the check-out process.

Q. Can you send my order confirmation to more than one email address?
A. No. Your confirmation can only be sent to the e-mail address that you provided during registration.

Delivery Information

Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. All e-Learning Center products are sold and delivered in electronic format. Cases and software products will be downloaded from McGraw-Hill to your hard drive or to floppy disks. The Business Strategy Game can be downloaded to a hard disk only. If you intend to download to floppy disks, make sure that you have enough diskettes on hand before beginning your download.

Q. Can I purchase cases and software now and download later?
A. Yes. You can make a purchase, then log back in and view your orders. You can begin your download from the View Orders page as well as through the checkout process.

Browser Software/Settings

Q. Which web browser should I use to view your site?
A. We recommend you use version 5.5 or higher of Microsoft Internet Explorer. You may have trouble viewing the site with Netscape Navigator. If you do not have Internet Explorer or you have a previous version of this browser, you can download a free copy of the latest version at Microsoft's Web site.

Q. Your Web pages are wider than my computer screen. How can I see the full width of the pages without scrolling left to right?
A. Try setting your monitor to a resolution of 1024 x 768. To change monitor settings...
