Ordering e-Cases

Your instructor may specify cases from the e-Case Collection to be used in the course. Follow this procedure to obtain one or more of your assigned cases:
  1. Click the Obtain Assigned Cases from Primis link to go to the product information and ordering page.
  2. Help Desk - If you have any questions about or problems with downloading or using e-cases, click the Help Desk link for prompt service and support.

Ordering Concept-TUTOR, Case-TUTOR, and The Business Strategy Game

Students with new 12th Edition or 13th Edition text and Case-Tutor download code card

Students with a passcode can download the 13e Case-Tutor from
www.mhhe.com/business/management/tutor13 or 12e Case-Tutor from www.mhhe.com/business/management/tutordownload

Students with new Business Strategy Game 7.20 download code card

Students with a BSG passcode can download the new version of BSG from the OLC e-learning website www.mhhe.com/business/management/thompson_elearning/ (click the BSG link)

Students without a new text and download code card

If a student doesn’t have a passcode for the BSG or the Case-Tutor 12th and 13th Edition download, they may purchase the one-time download through e-commerce at our Thompson Primis bookstore. PLEASE NOTE: the student’s professor will need to create an e-book and designate each item that will be available in order for the students to purchase it. If the instructor doesn’t set up an ebook, the student cannot purchase the content. The student may need to remind or ask his/her professor to set up an ebook in order to obtain the content required. The student e-commerce procedure

  1. Tell your professor that he/she needs to set up or create an ebook following the instructions on the www.mhhe.com/thompson e-Learning website. This can be accessed through the Online Learning Center site.
  2. The process usually takes 7 days from when the instructor creates his ebook and when it’s available for his/her students.
  3. After a week or so the student will enter the Thompson Online Learning Center/e-Learning Center site www.mhhe.com/business/management/thompson_elearning and check to see if the ebook is available for purchase from Primis.
  4. Students will need to create an account using a password and email.
  5. Once at the Primis site they can follow step-by-step instructions for downloading.
The Instructor e-commerce setup procedure
  1. The instructor will need to validate identity w/Primis.
  2. Once Primis has verified instructor identity, the instructor can set up an e-book and choose specific components from various choices (13e cases, Previous Edition cases, 13e chapters, Case-Tutor 13e, Case-Tutor 12e, Concept-Tutor 12e, BSG w/ Player’s Manual)
