ICON is a four-level integrated skills series that takes students from beginning to intermediate level. ICON prepares students to express themselves naturally in English.

The ICON series grew out of in-depth research into effective language teaching and learning. From this research, the series has distilled a set of core activities that create successful learner interaction in the classroom.

		Core Activities provide the structure for maximizing learner interaction in the classroom. Conversation Strategies provide the learner with practical and powerful conversation management tools. Infozones present high-interest content for students to read, write and talk about. Focus on Idioms highlights the English language as we really use it.
