Calculating Desirable Body Weight from Percent Body Fat
Directions: To find your desirable body weight, insert your current weight, percentage of fat, and the desirable body fat that you wish to attain in the appropriate spaces below. Then calculate fat weight, lean weight, and desirable body weight. Subtract desirable body weight from your current weight. This tells you how much weight you must lose to achieve your desirable percentage of body fat.
