This guide assumes that you are running the software on a PC with Windows 95 or Windows 98 as an operating system. Many McGraw-Hill supplements, however, are also available in Macintosh format. You may wish to refer to the manuals provided with the software programs whenever you encounter a situation that this guide does not address.

After listing a software program, this guide identifies the type of media on which the software is delivered, the location in which the software resides after installation, procedures for installing the software (when applicable), and instructions for running the software.
