The Classroom Performance System
tops the Tablet PC and others to capture Innovation Award

BETT, the world's largest educational
technology show hosting 22,000 educators
and over 500 exhibitors in London, has
awarded the prestigious 2003 Innovation
Award to eInstruction's Classroom
Performance System. eInstruction's partner in
the UK, Accurate PLC, submitted CPS for the
competition in the fall of 2002 and the
exciting results were announced at the
awards banquet on January 8th. Darren Ward,
VP of Business Development, was in London
to accept the award with our partners.
eInstruction is honored to receive this award and congratulates
Accurate PLC for their efforts in
promoting CPS. Several outstanding educators in the UK are
using CPS and have hosted on-site
visits by the awards committee. We thank those educators
and the students that embraced this
fantastic system for providing and promoting a mechanism
that enables all students to actively
participate in the learning process.
With the Tablet PC from Microsoft among the assemblage
of nominees, the competition was
strong. However, the panelists concurred that CPS was clearly
the most innovative product at
BETT. Everyone agreed that CPS provides an exciting and interactive
environment for students
while reducing the teacher workload and expanding the achievement
data available to teachers,
parents and administrators.
We thank the BETT awards panel for objectively evaluating
CPS and are proud to have been
selected to receive this prestigious award. We look forward
to contributing to the achievement of
students worldwide and to providing teachers with informative
data. CPS supports "letting
teachers teach" and eInstruction is delighted to have
introduced an effective approach worldwide. |
