Paul B. Crilly is Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. For eleven years, he was a member of the Technical Staff at the Hewlett-Packard Company and consultant for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Redstone Arsenal and the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He served as an IEEE-USA Congressional Fellow for the 103rd and 104th U.S. Congress and specialized in intellectual property. Professor Crilly received his B.S. and M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
Professor Crilly holds three patents, is the author or co-author of 17 journal papers, and contributing author for a book on Deconvolution. He is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu and has visited 10 countries.
