Sergio Franco: "Design with Operational Amplifiers and Analog ICs", 3rd Edition, McGraw-Hill, 2002. The WinPSpice folder contains the *.sch files for all examples and figures that in the book are generated using the netlist version of PSpice. All these schematics were created using Release 8 of the Schematics Simulator by MicroSim. The folder contains also some basic amplifier models that can be used as starting points for the creation of more complex circuits. These comprise IdealOA.sch, SimpleOA.sch, OnePoleOA.sch, ThreePoleOA.sch, and OnePoleCFA.sch. To simulate a given circuit, download its *.sch file, run Schematics by opening such a file, and then click on Analysis and hence on Simulate. Beware that Exa 7.6.sch and Exa 7.7.sch use, respectively, the local library files Exa 7.6.lib and Exa 7.7.lib. To simulate Example 7.6, download both the Exa 7.6.sch and Exa 7.6.lib files. Next, run Schematics by opening the Exa 7.6.sch file, and go through the following steps: 1. Click on Analysis 2. Click on Library and Include Files 3. Browse for the Exa 7.6.lib file 4. Click on Add Library* 5. Click on OK You can now simulate the circuit by clicking on Simulate. Follow similar steps for Example 7.7.
