That's right.  You start from the original circuit.

Then you redraw the circuit with the two voltage sources removed; here's what you get:

The 150 W resistor is shorted out. I12 can be found from the current divider equation:
I12 = (12)(100)/(100 + 140) = 5 A

Let's move on to the final source.  Calculate the contribution of the 720 V source to I0.  Assume that I720 is in the same direction as I0.
