That's right. You start from the original circuit.
Then you redraw the circuit with the 480 V source and the 12 A source removed; here's what you get:
The mesh current equation for the mesh on the left can then be written.
-720 = 100I720 + 140I720
I720 = -720/(100 + 140) = -720/240 = -3 A
Let's review our findings:
Contribution to I0 from the 480 V source = I480 = 2 A
Contribution to I0 from the 12 A source = I12 = 5 A
Contribution to I0 from the 720 V source = I720 = -3 A
Now calculate I0.
