About the Author

Charles Carroll is Professor Emeritus at Ball State University. He received his B.S. from the University of Dayton and both his M.A. and Ph.D. from Ohio State University. Charles Carroll has taught numerous health education courses including personal health, alcohol problems, sexuality and health, death and dying, and health quackery. He has published several books, including Drugs in Modern Society.
