Delierium tremens:
A violent state of extreme mental excitement, marked by restlessness, confusion and hallucinations resulting from excessive drinking alcohol for a long period of time and often referred to as d.t.'s.
The loss of control over drinking behavior and/or the lack of ability to refrain from becoming intoxicated.
Any biologically active substance that is foreign to the body and is deliberately introduced to affect its functioning
Drunkenness, or blood alcohol level above .10 percent (legal intoxication in most states).
