Many people look for short cuts to have a healthy looking appearance. A common misconception among some people is that “passive” exercises can be beneficial. While these devices may mimic the movements or effects (e.g. sweating) from exercise, they do not contribute to weight (fat) loss or promote good health.
Other ads promise that with a certain piece of equipment you can get a 30 minute workout in 10 minutes. This is also not possible. Simply put, there are no shortcuts to exercise.
