All texts and supplements built through Primis are priced by the page and vary according to the project. There is a $8.00 minimum net price on all books, except for Silverman Education Case Books are minimum price $10.00.
Primis texts and supplements are priced at net. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance by McGraw-Hill. Shipping and handling charges are extra, FOB shipping point.

Bookstores will be invoiced directly from McGraw-Hill and not as part of the shipment. R.R. Donnelley, Allentown, PA, will ship customized books directly to the "ship to" address with a packing slip. This packing slip will contain a book or ISBN number and the title of the books.
RETURNS INFORMATION
All books ordered through the system are limited to 10% return of the total invoice and must be returned within 15 months of the invoice date. In lieu of returning actual books, returns can be made by sending McGraw-Hill the cover and front matter pages (i.e., the title page and table of contents) for credit. To ensure receiving full credit, enclose the invoice.
Damaged books can be returned for full replacement at no extra cost. Returns are made by sending in one example of the damaged book and the cover of the remaining damaged books. All returns MUST be directed to the following address:
