MikesBikes-Advanced gives student teams the opportunity to run their own company within an online industry where they compete against other student teams in the course for control of the market. Participants have full control of the business from the first year and are responsible for the overall strategy of the firm as well as all the key decision making areas. MikesBikes-Advanced will encourage a better understanding of how the functions within a company interact to produce an efficient, high-performing firm.

MikesBikes-Intro allows student teams to run their own company within an online industry where they will compete against each
other for control of the market. Students start with Price and Marketing decisions in the first year but are given more control over their company as the simulation progresses, eventually making all the key decisions just like managers in the real world. MikesBikes-Intro will allow students to put into practice what they learn, as they learn.
