This number is so large that it has been expressed in scientific notation, in terms of powers of 10. It is equal to 5976 with twenty-one zeroes after it. For comparison, the land surface area could also have been written as 149 x 10^6 sq. km, or 149,000 x10^3 sq. km, and so on.With the Solar System Simulator, you can create an image of any planet or moon in the solar system as viewed from another body.
