The United States at Night - A large graphic, but worth seeing. Look at the areas of brightness to see the energy being consumed in cities at night.

The World at Night - Note that you can make out most of the outlines of the continents by the areas of light. Also notice the Aurora Borealis and the fishing fleets in the Sea of Japan.
