Instructions:

A fun activity to learn about probability is to toss a pair of dice and plot the various outcomes. This interactive application will quickly simulate tossing dice without such worries as finding a pair of dice, dropping them, or having to keep track of the results. This application will allow you to simulate several different probabilities. Simulating outcomes is often called the Monte Carlo process.

After working the problems here, check out the problems on page 734 of your textbook. Then use the interactive application to see if the simulation is similar to the calculated probabilities.
