Manipulative Kit A Manipulative Kit is packaged with each book, Mathematics for Elementary Teachers: an Activity Approach. The kit includes colored cardstock materials and labeled ziplock bags in which to store them. The following common manipulatives are included in the kit.

In addition, there are 40 other materials cards in the back of the activity book which contain models, grids, templates, game mats, and other materials to be used in the activities.

Activity Book Instructors Manual The Instructor's Resource Manual contains chapter tests, answers to chapter tests, and answers for all activity sets and Just For Fun activities. There are blackline masters of the grids, dot paper, and recording paper used throughout the Activity Book.

Companion Text The text, Mathematics for Elementary Teachers: A Conceptual Approach is a companion volume to this activity book. Each section in the text corresponds to an activity set in the activity book. The text contains a one page math activity at the beginning of each section, a problem opener at the beginning of each section, and one or more problem solving applications in each section of the text.
