Chapter 6: Exercises / Quizzes

The exercises on the Web site have been designed to help you assess your understanding of the types of problems found in the textbook. As you can see below, the exercises are identified by numbers that correspond to the relevant exercise section in the textbook. There are exercises below that cover all the types of problems found in the textbook, but because the textbook often has several sets of the same type of problem, not every exercise set in the book is listed below.

All the exercises here are offered in a quiz format. You will find multiple choice and true-false questions. On completing the quiz you can choose to see the results or to e-mail the results to your instructor. Unless instructed to do so, you should not use the e-mail function.
