Go Ask Alice. Sponsored by Columbia University, this is an interactive, searchable service in which professional and peer educators answer student questions about many topics, including nutrition and weight management.
Meals Online. Includes over 10,000 healthful recipes.
National Osteoporosis Foundation. Provides up-to-date information on the causes, prevention, detection, and treatment of osteoporosis.
Tufts University Nutrition Navigator. Provides descriptions and ratings for many nutrition-related Web pages.
USDA Food and Nutrition Information Center. Provides a variety of information relating to the Dietary Guidelines, food labels, and other topics.
USDA Interactive Health Eating Index. Analyzes a day's diet in terms of the Food Guide Pyramid, recommended nutrient intakes, and the Healthy Eating Index.
Vegetarian Resource Group. Information and links for vegetarians and people interested in learning more about vegetarian diets.
Yahoo/Health and Nutrition. Includes diet analysis information, nutritional facts, and links to many informative sites.
