Visit one or more of the following sites that relate to the National Cancer Institute’s "Five a Day—for Better Health" program, which promotes consumption of fruits and vegetables. Using the information at these sites, list five fruits and vegetables that you could either try for the first time or eat more often. Then list five strategies that will help you increase your daily consumption of fruits and vegetables; these can be practical strategies such as carrying a healthy snack to class or new recipes that incorporate one or more of the fruits or vegetables on your list.
