Daily Calcium Intake for Osteoporosis Prevention

You can calculate your daily calcium intake by using Web sites that provide information on the nutrient composition of foods. Make a list of the calcium-containing foods you eat on a particular day. Then use one of the Web sites listed below to find out how much calcium is contained in each food; total the results to get a precise daily intake total. How does your daily total match the recommendation for people of your sex and age?
