The Love of Ares and Aphrodite 

Summary

This is a self-contained narrative from the Odyssey, presented as the song of a court minstrel named Demodocus.  Hephaestus discovers that Ares and his wife Aphrodite are having an affaire and traps them in the act.  Zeus and other gods are brought to witness the lovers.
