crater thought to have once been a “Crater Lake” on our neighboring planet.
The crater is roughly 50 km (about 30 miles) across. Note the inflow channel
on the upper right and the outflow channel on the left. The smooth floor (apart
from a few small craters) suggests that the crater bottom is covered with
