Finding the distance to the center of the Milkyway using globular clusters. Make a scale plot of where the clusters lie with respect to the Sun. Outline the region filled by the clusters and note where they are most concentrated. The center of their concentration is presumably the center of the galaxy. Measure off the distance from the center to the Sun, and from the known scale, determine that distance.
