Step 5: Check to make sure that all of the atoms in the molecule have an octet. If not, move lone electron pairs to create double or triple bonds. If necessary, drag a lone pair from a terminal atom to form a double bond between that terminal atom and the central atom. If a double bond is unnecessary, click on OK.
