Here are two molecular representations for the amino acid alanine. The first is a "space-filling" model and the second is a ball & stick model. Use your cursor to rotate the molecules and to change their size. Check out the directions for using CHIME if you need them.

The colors of the atoms match those used in most molecular model sets. The one difference is that CHIME cannot use black for carbon, as this color would not show up against the black background. The color key is:
