3.7 Projectile Motion Model Rocket Simulation

 

Explanation: This applet is an extension of the concept of projectile motion as discussed in chapter 3 Section 7.  It illustrates the motion of real projectiles. In this case, the motion of the rocket is affected by air resistance. Additionally, the thrust force acts on the rocket in the first portion of the flight.
