1. Open the Star-Bean Coffee House workbook you created in Excel Worksheet Application 1.

2. Access a new worksheet.

3. Create the worksheet shown below. Use your voice-recognition program to create the worksheet. Use dictation techniques, keyboard commands, and menu commands you practiced to create Excel Worksheet Application 1.

4. Use formulas and the copy command to determine the totals; do not dictate the total figures into the cells.

5. Name the worksheet tab 1999-2001 Sales. Save the workbook.

6. Center the worksheet horizontally on the page, and print it in portrait format. Save the workbook again; use the same name.
