  3. Explain how Rohe's statement "less is more" influenced the International style. What does a typical International style building look like? Describe its appearance, and tell why the word international is an appropriate name for it.
  4. Contrast the Postmodern style with the International style. Explain the differences and give reasons for them.
  5. Imagine a conversation between Frank Lloyd Wright and Le Corbusier. What would each think of the other's work? Give reasons for your opinions, mentioning material, philosophy, style and finished appearance.
