Privacy rights

A federal court has ruled that an Oklahoma child's right to privacy had been violated after the child was humiliated because he had scored a low grade on a quiz that was graded by another student in his class. Allowing students to grade is prohibited in Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
