Drew Tiene is currently an Associate Professor at Kent State University. He received his Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas. A former teacher at the Village Community School, a private K-8 school in New York City, he has authored numerous publications about the application of instructional technology in the field of education. He has written extensively about the Channel One school television project and educational media efforts overseas, and contributed the Instructional Television entry in the International Encyclopedia of Education. He has served as a juror in the Japan Prize International Educational Television Contest and served as consultant in the Philippines, Thailand, Japan and the Peoples Republic of China. He has also produced a number of educational television programs, shown both in the United States and abroad.
Albert Ingram is Assistant Professor at Kent State University.
