Steve Silberman (b. 1957) is senior culture correspondent for Wired News, an online publication of Wired magazine, and writes for ther magazines, including a regular column for Packet.com. He is co-author (with David Shenk) of Skeleton Key: A Dictionary for Deadheads (Doubleday, 1994).
