Introduction - Where Do We Go From Here?
All questions about terrorism are ultimately questions about how to end it. In a sense, every page of this website could come under the heading, "Where do we go from here?" Nonetheless, certain articles are more forward-looking than others and can be considered separately. Some are mostly opinions about how the United States should fight terrorism, and they recall the debate about military vs. police action we looked at earlier. Others are mostly predictions about how the war on terrorism will develop. Some express hopes and aspirations about how the United States and the world might learn from the events of 9-11 and after, or about how the international system might change.
