  11. Discuss the characteristics of schizophrenic disorders.
  12. Distinguish among the following types of schizophrenic disorders: disorganized, catatonic, paranoid, and undifferentiated.
  13. Discuss the role of genetic, neurobiological, environmental, and sociocultural factors in schizophrenia.
  14. Describe the characteristics of individuals experiencing the following personality disorders: schizotypal, obsessive-compulsive, borderline, and antisocial.
  15. Discuss the characteristics of those experiencing substance-use disorders.
  16. Discuss the following legal aspects of mental disorders: civil commitment, criminal commitment, insanity, and competency.
