Feeling Good (1980)

Feeling Good is a cognitive therapy approach to coping with depression. Burns outlines the techniques people can use to identify and combat false assumptions that underlie their flawed negative thinking. Another good choice is Burns’s The Feeling Good Handbook, which applies cognitive therapy to depression and other problems, including anxiety and those involving relationships.
