  6. Describe the evolution of the brain into three major regions.
  7. Describe the location and function of each of the major parts of the brain.
  8. Describe the major features of the four lobes of the frontal cortex.
  9. Describe split-brain surgery, and explain what psychologists have learned about left and right hemisphere functions from patients who have undergone such surgery.
