Internet
"One way to learn about the Internet is to jump in and start exploring it, since nothing replaces hands-on experience. One of the problems of the Internet is that it lacks a central library system responsible for its storage and management. It is like each department on a college campus compiling its own collection of information, but creating its own means to access that information as well. So it is up to users to master the codes necessary to gain access. All of this information is stored in various formats, in different locations, and with varying degrees of availability and access."
