Interviewing: Principles and Practices

Evaluation Forms

The quality of feedback provided to students for their performance in mock interviews and oral presentations directly relates to the usefulness of the evaluation forms used to grade the performance.  This section provides sample evaluation forms which may be printed and used to evaluate students' performances.  If you have evaluation forms you would like to submit for posting, please contact the webmaster, Scott Titsworth.

Sample evaluation forms are provided for both interviews and oral presentations.   Because point values for assignments may vary from instructor to instructor, rating scales are used and blank spaces are provided to indicate points awarded to students.   If you want to edit the forms before use, you may save them to your computer and edit them in most word processing programs.
