The Unicode text code system may become universally accepted in the next few years. All operating systems, application programs, data, and hardware architectures will start to conform to it. For this reason, learn as much as you can about Unicode and how it may affect your computing in the future. Visit the following Web sites for more information about Unicode:
As you review these Web sites, look for the type of information about Unicode that interests you most. What particular aspect of Unicode do you think is most important? Why? When you are finished, write a three- or four-paragraph essay explaining your thoughts on Unicode.
